Calling for Assistance
For prompt assistance when calling, please have the
following information available to give to the advisor:
• Your name
• Location phone number
• Location of your vehicle
• Description of problem
• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) (the 17-digit
VIN can be found in the lower corner of the
windshield, driver’s side, or on your registration.)
• Model and model year
• License plate number
• Vehicle color
• Mileage (kilometers) on vehicle
• Home address and phone
• Name of your Saab dealer
